Jenni Salmela, 31, is a fashion designer from Finland who specialises in "rock, punk and gothic style clothes" – though unfortunately she is not wearing any of her own creations today. Instead, she has opted for a playsuit from Forever 21 paired with some strappy black sandals from a shop in Finland and a red flower in her dark hair from Sourpuss, to add a feminine touch. Her many tattoos spice up her look, with butterflies, flowers and other "girly, pretty things" adding a dash of colour to her style. Her first tattoo, which she got at the age of 16, is the eye framed in a sun, on her left arm. Jenni said that she likes to wear a lot of black and then add a statement colour to brighten things up, which in this case, is red.

Natasha Bloch, from France, has come over to London to visit some relatives. The 23-year-old, who works in a milk factory making yoghurt is wearing a long, printed dress from Quiz in Southend, with a neckline made of wooden straps, along with some matching earrings, a handbag from Debenhams, shoes from H&M, a Sekonda watch and a pair of sunglasses. She says her look is all about feeling comfortable.

Cheryl Barrett, 26, who works at Zara, is wearing a white crop top from H&M with a mustard-coloured skirt that she made herself, white shoes from Topshop, a studded clutch bag from Primark and shades from the market in Camden. The resourceful lady explained that she wore a similar skirt the day before, and she liked it so much that she decided to grab some fabric and just make another. Cheryl from west London, thinks she is 'quite a plain Jane' as she 'doesn't really do accessories' and prefers to keep things simple – a look that she pulls off with plenty of style.

Giulia Gorlier, who is originally from Italy, has fashioned her look out of items from all over the world. The 25-year-old who lives in Camden is wearing a dress that was made for her as a one-off by a woman in Croatia, along with a scarf tied around her hair and some strappy brown sandals from Thailand. Her earrings are from the wooden, handmade jewellery stall that she works at in Camden market, and she has accessorised with dark rings and cuffs around her arms.

Sam Garrett, 23, who is originally from Derbyshire but now living in Camden, is wearing clothes that he bought from his recent travels. He explains: "Everything I'm wearing is from India, things are super-cheap there”. Sam has gone for some red trainers from Vans, some dark Levi's jeans, a relaxed, green printed top from an Indian market and a pair of shades. His accessories are mainly presents made for him by friends, including “a rag” tied round his wrist which he hasn't taken off “for about three years”. Sam, who is a musician, is all about positive vibes – he says he tries to “make people feel happy” with his acoustic music, and similarly when it comes to style advice, he says "just be completely free and don't care what people think”.

Nikola Wozniak, who is originally from Poland but now living in Walthamstow, is wearing black platform shoes from Primark brightened up with some shiny blue nail polish on her toes, a blue dress with a cityscape on it from a Polish brand called House, a black leather bag from River Island and some sunglasses. The 21-year-old, who is enjoying a summer break before going to university in Middlesex, says she really likes longboarding, which is why she is carrying a colourful deck that she just bought – also adding a little something to he look.
